How to restart stuck image processing in OnBase?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
- From the 'Start' menu open Windows Services and restart the Penta Platform Services.
- To force a restart, stop the HYLAND PROD_H AUTO INDEX & COMMIT & IMAGEPROCESS service and then start it again.
- By doing so, the 'Awaiting Image Processing' queue (Unity Client > Batch processing) will get cleared.
