Multiple users do not have access to job master records in PENTA. How do we update their security so they can access the jobs?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Users can be granted access to all jobs in the database, some jobs in the database, or no jobs in the database. Any changes to user job security access can be made in one of two windows based on user security access:

1. Define Users window - Typically addressed by system/security administrator. 
   1. Managed under the Job Authorization tab.
2. Job Information window - Only allowed if your user account has been flagged (in the Define Users window) to allow security updates in this window. 
   1. Managed under the Security tab. 
   2. For users with access to all jobs in the database (defined in the Define Users window), any job access changes must occur in the Define Users window.
