User, who has Read Only Access for an OU, is able to query and edit a Job in the Job Information window
Issue/Symptom/Question
Users, who are setup with Read Only Access, are still able to query and edit jobs in the Job Information window.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
Penta is aware of this issue and is working towards a resolution. Please log a Service Desk Ticket and reference this article to be notified of the resolution when available.
In the meantime, the following workaround will allow you to specify whether a User is able to query a Job in the Job Information window and make updates:
1) System Management > Security > Define Users
2) Query the User's ID
3) Click on the "Job Authorization" tab, identify the Job Id for which you want the User to have Read Only Access, and set the "Allow Update (Y/N)" column to "N" - for "No"
or if the User has Security set to Y for the Job Id that sets up the Job, that User can make the update during Job creation on the Security Tab
4) Close the window
