Overtime Approved Message on Mobile Field Service
Issue/Symptom/Question
Receiving an error when creating a Work Order on the MFS App.
Overtime Approved must not be empty

Resolution/Fix/Answer
The default for this field is "No" unless there is an override set in Service Management Configuration. Setting a default in the Service Management Configuration will help prevent/work around the error while this error is investigated.
Go to Service Management > Setup > Service Management Configuration
In the OT Approved Defaults section, assign an OU and the Default of Yes or No for the OT to be approved or not.
Please log a service desk ticket to investigate why the button is not displaying on the App.

The OT Approved Service Management Configuration Default is not defined and the button is not displaying to select Yes or No.
