Service Technician can't mark his time approved

Issue/Symptom/Question

Technician is not able to mark his time as approved

Applies To

Mobile Field Service

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Try closing the Mobile Field Service Application and reopening.

Try rolling back the status and re-enter the time.

If this does not work, log a Service Desk ticket providing the following information:

  • Service Technician Id
  • Work Order Id
     

Cause 

Potentially a connection issue.
