Can 3% of the invoice be charged as Consumables?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

There are 2 options for setting up a Consumable line item:

1. Create a Fee Line which is calculated on other lines like retention - set it up to calculate 3% on all the other Contract Lines on the invoice and call the line 'Consumables'.
   Line item for a WO
   
   Line item for a Job - Cost Plus
   
2. Create a Lump Sum line called 'Consumables' and calculate the 3% of the Invoice when creating it and then update this Contract Line with the proper amount to equal the 3 % (It is not automatic)
