Issue/Symptom/Question

We have a user that cannot access any Payroll Certified Payroll reports, and they should have enough Payroll authorization to employee information.  Other users can run the report.

System Management > Security > Define Users > Report Authorization tab 

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If the Authorization code for PR reports is S, with no reports listed, you will need to add the appropriate Certified reports to the list of available reports.
