Issue/Symptom/Question
I printed out a check and noticed the spelled out amount is missing. Is this because the amount is too large?
Environment
PENTA for Windows
PENTA Reports > Report Monitor, Print, and View > Report Code: "APCHECKS"
Resolution/Fix/Answer
The spelled out amount did not print on the check because the amount exceeded the maximum number of characters.
Penta is aware of the issue and has a fix available for versions 20.1 and above. Please log a Service Desk ticket and reference this article to request the patch.
