Setup user for ePENTA Timesheets

How can I setup a user in PENTA so that they can use eTimesheets?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1, 2020, we no longer support eTimesheets. Please submit a support ticket to request an upgrade to our latest time-tracking software.

  1. Query the employee you need to configure for eTimesheets (or create a new employee record if one does not already exist).
  2. Click on the Miscellaneous tab
  3. In the Windows User Id field enter in the employee's windows username including the domain (domain\username)
  4. In the E-mail Address enter in the employee's email address that will be used to send email notifications
  5. In the Approval Group # field enter in the number for the Approval Group (where the Timesheet is routed if you use the Approval by Timesheet approval method)
