Setup user for ePENTA Timesheets

How can I setup a user in PENTA so that they can use eTimesheets?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1, 2020, we no longer support eTimesheets. Please submit a support ticket to request an upgrade to our latest time-tracking software.
- Query the employee you need to configure for eTimesheets (or create a new employee record if one does not already exist).
- Click on the Miscellaneous tab
- In the Windows User Id field enter in the employee's windows username including the domain (domain\username)
- In the E-mail Address enter in the employee's email address that will be used to send email notifications
- In the Approval Group # field enter in the number for the Approval Group (where the Timesheet is routed if you use the Approval by Timesheet approval method)
