Receiving the following error while running the week's final gross-to-net. 'Centralized Gross to Net Processing'

"An error has been detected in a SQL Statement. 

PRP008     -1405       ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL

Payroll > Centralized Payroll Check Processing > Centralized Gross to Net Processing 

Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll Information

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll Information
2. Click on the Withholding tab
3. Check the State Withholding section
4. If State Code is entered, Subject to State W/H (Y/N) is required to have a value entered to run Centralized Gross to Net Processing
