Resolution/Fix/Answer

When initiating a balancing routine, it is best to run the routine outside of your normal business hours. When running this balancing routine during normal business hours, the out of balance error may be returned due to users updating information in PENTA. If there continues to be a balancing error after all transactions have been posted for a particular month, please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.
