Table or View Does Not Exist: ORA-00942

Issue/Symptom/Question

I am logged into the web version of TEP to create an Activity Log. I add my dates and employees but when I go to the Time Clock tab it gives me the attached error. I have tried with multiple users and got the same error.

ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
