TEP Totals Do Not Match Entries
Issue/Symptom/Question
Foreman entered time for employees in TEP and the employee total doesn't match the individual time entries.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:
User ID of the foreman on the Activity Log
Date range of the activity log
Description of the activity log
Screenshot (full screen) of the entries that do not match their totals
Cause
Foreman entered time on two different devices or browsers at the same time for the same employee.
