TEP Totals Do Not Match Entries

Issue/Symptom/Question

Foreman entered time for employees in TEP and the employee total doesn't match the individual time entries.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • User ID of the foreman on the Activity Log
  • Date range of the activity log
  • Description of the activity log
  • Screenshot (full screen) of the entries that do not match their totals

Cause 

Foreman entered time on two different devices or browsers at the same time for the same employee.
