Application error importing Mobile timecards
Issue/Symptom/Question
While importing time from TEP we received an internal system error and Penta closed the window.
Now when we attempt to query the batch we get an Application Error that "an internal system error has been detected. The window will close".
Error Text: Select error: ORA-20001: Could not find pay rate info

Resolution/Fix/Answer
If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:
- User Id
- Payroll Batch Number
- Period Date
- Employee Id (if known)
