Can technicians submit their reimbursements for things like parking through the MFS app?

No, technicians cannot submit their reimbursements through the MFS app. 

PENTA Customers have created Workflows in OnBase for this business process to route expenses for approval.  The reimbursement item is recorded as Misc. Purchases, with photo of receipt taken on the iPad, if the item to be reimbursed is available to invoice.  The expense report is completed by the Technician using the OnBase App, routed for approval, approved and sent to Payroll to be entered or interfaced (to record the expense and pay the employee).  Reach out to your Account Manager to learn more.
