Can I issue a subcontract to a work order? If not, what are my options to address that type of transaction in the system?

PENTA currently does not allow for subcontracts to be associated with a work order - subcontracts can only be associated with jobs.

Alternatives include:

1. Rather than creating a work order, you could create the work order as a job in PENTA in which case you would be able to enter a subcontract against the job, or 
2. Treat the subcontract as a purchase order as PENTA allows for purchase order commitments against a work order.
1. If you plan to utilize option 2, you'll want to consider having two versions of the purchase order document - one for actual purchase orders and one for purchase order subcontracts.
