Subcontract Change Orders
Overview:
A Subcontract Change Order is change to an already established Subcontract Agreement, typically between the primary contractor on a Job, and an independent third party. After creating/linking a Subcontract Change Order, a separate Subcontract Change Order document is typically generated in PENTA, and sent to the Subcontractor for authorization/signature.
Benefits:
- Used to get sign-off/approval for extra work
- Track original vs Subcontract changes
