Review Job Close Transactions - Override as Needed

Overview:

Option 229 will close out all transaction types for a Job when the status is set to Closed and reopen all transactions types when set to Active.  The Job Close Information window allows for overrides of the closed or open transaction types. When transactions types are closed on a job, transactions for that transaction type (Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc.) cannot be posted to that job. 

Benefits:

• Allows certain transaction types to remain open, if needed, for additional costs 
  • For example, job site work is complete but an inspector invoice is expected to come in
