Job Copy Process

Overview:

The Copy Job Information pop-up window allows you to create a new Job based on an existing Job and specify which of the existing Job attributes PENTA should copy to the new Job. Values in this pop-up window default from an identical pop-up window in the Job Types window. If the Job you want to copy is associated with a Job Type that has these values defined, PENTA defaults those values here; however, you can override the defaults.

  • Streamlines the job setup process by copying in select information from another project

  • Reduces manual data entry
