Start Processing/Indexing Button Greyed Out

Issue/Symptom/Question

  • I have several users who are unable to Index their batch or 'Start Processing' because it is greyed out.

Applies To

  • OnBase - Indexing batches

Resolution/Fix/Answer

  • The user must belong to a user group who has access to 'Index Scanned Documents' in order to 'Start Processing' their batch
  • This is done through OnBase Configuration>>User Groups>>Choose User Group>>Privileges
