Start Processing/Indexing Button Greyed Out
Issue/Symptom/Question
- I have several users who are unable to Index their batch or 'Start Processing' because it is greyed out.

- OnBase - Indexing batches
Resolution/Fix/Answer
- The user must belong to a user group who has access to 'Index Scanned Documents' in order to 'Start Processing' their batch
- This is done through OnBase Configuration>>User Groups>>Choose User Group>>PrivilegesÂ
