Unable to access Balance Error Report

Issue/Symptom/Question

I am unable to access the Balance Error Report even though I'm authorized under Report Security > System > Balancing Error Report.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The "Balancing Error Report" is not a menu item but rather a report that is generated after a User has initiated a balancing routine. The report is then accessed via the Report Monitor, Print, and View window. 

The different types of balancing routines can be found under System Management > Balancing. 

Note: When initiating a balancing routine, it is best to run the routine outside of your normal business hours since there are transactions in play at any given time of the day that would skew the results.Â
