Setting Up Project Directory Roles -
Project Management > Setup > Project Administration > Project Directory Roles
- Create Role code and enter a Description for code
Applying Roles to Contacts within Project Directory -Â
Project Management > Project AdministrationÂ
- Choose Project Directory, then choose a Job to return a list of ContactsÂ
- Double click on a Contact record to open the Contact record pop-up window
- Role then can be assigned to the Contact
