Setting Up Project Directory Roles -

Project Management > Setup > Project Administration > Project Directory Roles

  • Create Role code and enter a Description for code

Applying Roles to Contacts within Project Directory - 

Project Management > Project Administration 

  • Choose Project Directory, then choose a Job to return a list of Contacts 
  • Double click on a Contact record to open the Contact record pop-up window
  • Role then can be assigned to the Contact
