Security access for Approving on Employee Portal

I cannot see documents to approve for the Employee Portal?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Review their Define Users and make sure they have access to the Balance Sheet OU. They need this access in order to approve the payroll checks/direct deposits and W2s.

Review their OnBase Security to make sure they have access to the correct Document Types in order for the documents to show in the Employee Portal.
