Remote Desktop Connection shows a Black Screen only

Issue/Symptom/Question

When logging into PENTA (Remote Desktop that has PFW installed) all that is shown is a black screen and no tasks can be performed.  Can the User be reset?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The User will need the Remote Sessions reset as an issue has occurred with the connection to the Remote Server.
