Is there a report in PENTA that we can use to compare the hours a technician is paid per work order to the labor hours billed on those work orders?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

There is currently not a PENTA Report that will return comparison of labor hours paid versus labor hours billed. 

Workbench Panel - PR: Payroll Reporting Center - Labor & Overhead Distribution can be used to review where an employee's time is charged.

Workbench Panel - SM: Unbilled Work Order Cost can be used to review which hours have not been billed.
