Reset Cache in OnBase

How do I reset cache in OnBase Configuration?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

In the upper menu navigate to Utils < Service Monitoring < Reset Cache (separate window will pop-up) < click Reset Cache



You may also reset the cache in OnBase Studio. In the Home Tab select the Reset Server Cache menu item and in the drop down select the environment you wish to reset.
