Issue/Symptom/Question

Would like to control users that are able to charge to General Ledger accounts as opposed to job cost Purchase Orders.  Is there an option in Penta to require entry of a Job ID or Warehouse ID?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

There is no way currently in Penta to have a field requirement of a Job Id or Warehouse Id on a Job Cost Purchase Order. 

Security Group levels for this would also be too specific to drill down to any of the user settings we have available.
