How do I reset an employee's Employee Portal password?

System Management > Security > Portal Account Information
Employee Portal
Resolution/Fix/Answer
1) System Management > Security > Portal Account Information
2) Click the "Employee Portal" tab
3) Query the Employee by entering in their "Employee Id"
4) Click "Send Password Reset..."
A link to reset their password will be sent to the email they use to log in.
