On the Employee Portal, is there a lock-out feature after a set number of failed login attempts?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Penta does not have a lock-out feature for forgotten passwords in the Employee Portal. An employee can request  instructions on how to reset their password by clicking on the Forgot Password link OR by having a portal administrator send a password re-set link.
