User X processed Exception Check > Bonus Checks under her user. The Penta PRADVICES are showing on User B's Report Monitor, Print, and View. User A can't print the owners' bonuses and has to contact user B  and have him print the PR checks.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

From the Penta Reference Manual > Payroll > Window Descriptions > Pay Groupsl:

Check Printing User Id

Use the Check Printing User Id field to identify the user responsible for printing employee checks. The employee you select receives authorization to print payroll check files via in the Report Monitor, Print, and View windows.

Not identifying an employee in this field makes the payroll check file available for printing by the user that initiated the Start Payroll Check Process.
