This report allows you to review the projected cash receipts and cash disbursement by job so you can manage each job’s cash position and their combined effect on your company’s cash position.

Job ID -Â ID of the Job.
Job Name -Â Name of the Job.
Job Status -Â The status of the Job on the date you ran the report.
Receipts – Contract & Approved Chg Orders - The contract’s total amount (including approved change orders).
Receipts – Pending Change Orders - Change orders that are pending on the date you ran the report.
Receipts – Receipts to Date - The total amount of cash receipts as of the date you ran the report.
Receipts – Balance of Receipts Excl Pend - Calculated as: Contract & Approved Change Orders – Receipts to Date.
Projected Costs – Burdened Labor - The forecast at complete cost for labor and burden Cost Types as of the report date.
Projected Costs – Material, Subcontract and Other - The forecast at complete cost for material, subcontract, and other Cost Types as of the report date.
Projected Costs – Total Projected Costs - The total projected cost for Burdened Labor plus Material, Subcontract, and Other.
Disbursements – Burdened Labor - The Job’s total amount of disbursements for labor and burden Cost Types on the date you ran the report.
Disbursements – Material, Subcontract and Other - The total amount of disbursements for materials, subcontracts, and other Cost Types on the date you ran the report.
Disbursements – Total Disbursements - The total amount of disbursements on the date you ran the report.
Remaining Disbursements – Burdened Labor - Calculated as: Projected Cost-Burdened Labor – Disbursements-Burdened Labor on the date you ran the report.
Remaining Disbursements – Material, Subcontract and Other - Calculated as: Projected Costs-Material, Subcontract, and Other – Disbursements-Material, Subcontract and Other on the date you ran the report.
Remaining Disbursements – Total Remaining Disbursements - The total remaining amount of disbursements on the date you ran the report.
