User is trying to delete Unapproved W2s in the Approve Documents for Employee Portal window and is receiving an internal system error. PTI error log below:

OnBase Configuration

Delete W2 unapproved documents for Employee Portal

Payroll > Payroll Check Processing > Approve Documents for Employee Portal OR Payroll > Centralized Payroll Check Processing > Approve Documents for Employee Portal

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Navigate to OnBase Configuration > User Groups / Rights, highlight the group that needs the correct security for document deletion. Click on Privileges, check the Delete checkbox in the Documents section.

Cause 

User group in OnBase did not have security setting for deletion of documents.
