Crystal Report - Job Summary Report

Use the Job Summary report to identify jobs that have a projected cost variance. This report shows one line per job.

Example Report Results:

Job ID - ID of the Job.

Job Name - Name of the Job.

Contract + Approved Chg - Contract amount plus any approved change orders as of the report through date.

Pending Change Orders - Dollar amount of the Job’s pending contract change orders.

Estimated Costs - Total amount of the Job’s estimated costs.

Costs This Period - Total amount of costs incurred in the report date range.

Costs To Date - The Job’s to-date cost.

Percent Complete - Calculated as: Cost to Date ÷ Projected Costs

Remaining Costs - The forecast cost to complete for the job.

Projected Costs - The forecast cost at complete for the job.

Variance - Calculated as: Estimated Costs – Projected Costs
