The Minimum Wage Adjustment & Overtime Premium Gross Pay report allows you to review the transactions displayed in the Minimum Wage Comparison & Overtime Calculation window.
Generate this report in the Minimum Wage Comparison & Overtime Calculation window by clicking the Print button in that window. When you click the Print button, PENTA creates and displays this report in that window. You can then review the report, print the report to paper, or export (save) it to a file. The report contains information for records in the Minimum Wage Comparison & Overtime Calculation window whose Ready to Print box contains a checkmark.

Records sort in order by:

Totals
Employee Reversal Totals - PENTA prints this amount after each employee’s Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums section.
Employee Total - After each employee section (before a new employee’s section), PENTA prints a total row with the total dollar values for the following columns in the Minimum Wage Adjustment and Overtime Premiums sections:

Report Totals – Reversals - At the end of the report, PENTA prints a total row with the total dollar values for the following columns in the Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums section:

Fields
Pay Period End Date - This is the Pay Period End Date of the comparison you generated the report for. You can run this report for multiple comparisons. PENTA groups related records by pay period end date.
Pay Group - This is the Pay Group of the comparison you generated the report for. You can run this report for multiple comparisons. PENTA groups related records by Pay Group within a pay period end date. The Pay Group is null for comparisons generated by Employee Id. Comparisons with a null Pay Group print before those with non-null Pay Groups.
Employee - Employee identifies an employee (Id and name) with wage adjustment or overtime premium transactions in the comparison you generated the report for.
Work Date - This is the work date of the adjustment or overtime premium transaction. This date is the same as the work date on the timecards contributing to the wage adjustment or overtime premiums.
Refer to the Minimum Wage Comparison & Overtime Calculation Window Description for information pertaining to calculations and prorating across multiple timecards.
Charge Information - This is distribution and other charge information related to the wage adjustment and overtime premium transactions (distribution, payroll class, WH State, and UC State).

Minimum Wage Adjustment - In the Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the amount (negative) of the reversed minimum wage adjustment transactions, if any. In the Minimum Wage Adjustments section of this report, PENTA prints the amount for minimum wage adjustment transactions, if any exist. This column is blank for the Overtime Premiums section of the report.
P1 Overtime Hours - In the Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the number of premium 1 overtime hours associated with the voided P1 premium transactions, if any exist. In the Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the number of P1 hours associated with the P1 Overtime Premium transactions, if any exist. This column is blank for the Minimum Wage Adjustments section of this report.
P1 Overtime Premium - In the Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the amount (negative) for voided Premium 1 overtime transactions, if any exist. In the Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the amount for P1 overtime premium transactions, if any exist. This column is blank for the Minimum Wage Adjustments section of the report.
P2 Overtime Hours - In the Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the number of Premium 2 overtime hours associated with the voided P2 Premium transactions, if any exist. In the Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the number of P2 hours associated with the P2 Overtime Premium transactions, if any exist. This column is blank for the Minimum Wage Adjustments section of this report.
P2 Overtime Premium - In the Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the amount (negative) for voided Premium 2 overtime transactions, if any exist. In the Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the amount for P2 overtime Premium transactions, if any exist. This column is blank for the Minimum Wage Adjustments section of this report.
Amount - In the Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the sum of values in the Minimum Wage Adjustment, P1 Overtime Premium, and P2 Overtime Premium columns for transactions in that section. This is the total amount of the reversing transaction. This column is blank for the Minimum Wage Adjustments section of this report. This column is blank for the Overtime Premiums section of this report.
Gross Pay - In the Minimum Wage Adjustment section, PENTA prints the Minimum Wage Adjustment amount for minimum wage adjustment transactions, if any exist. In the Overtime Premiums section, PENTA prints the sum of the P1 Overtime Premium amount and the P2 Overtime Premium amount for overtime transactions, if any exist. This column is blank for the Reverse Previous Adjustment & Overtime Premiums section of this report.

Reverse Previous Adjustments & Overtime Premiums - PENTA prints all reversed wage adjustments and overtime premiums for the Employee/Pay Group/Pay Period End Date combination, showing:

PENTA grays-out this section to indicate it is for information only. The amounts reported in this section cancel previously distributed wage adjustment and overtime premium dollars, resulting in a net effect of zero on employee pay for the period. PENTA does not gray-out the Minimum Wage Adjustments and Overtime Premium sections because the dollars printed in those sections increase employee pay for the period. The Employee Total for the Pay Period End Date excludes dollars reported in the reversal section. When you distribute the minimum wage adjustment and overtime premium transactions, PENTA also posts the reversing transactions.
Minimum Wage Adjustments - PENTA prints a summary row of the following information related to the adjustment calculation:
