ield foreman use the Weekly Labor Analysis report as a form to record completion percentages when forecasting a job in the field. The report is then forwarded to the home office so someone can enter forecasting information into PENTA. This report provides current period, job to date, and estimated hours and cost. The Completed columns are blank, allowing the field foreman to record the % completes for each Cost Type/Costcode.

Fields

Cost Types - Names of the job’s Cost Types.

Completed - The completed columns provide a place for the field foreman to record the percent completes for each Cost Type/Costcode.

Current - Actual hours and cost for each Costcode for the period you ran the report.

To Date - Job to Date actual hours and cost for each Costcode as of the date you ran the report.

Estimate - Estimated hours and cost for each Costcode as of the date you ran the report.

% - Calculated as: To date hours ÷ Estimated hours

Hour Variance - Calculated as: The Estimated hours – The hours to date

Job Total - The totals from all Costcodes displaying on the current page.
