Penta Workbench Panel - IN: Invoicing Reporting Center provides you with the ability to setup Invoice Support Schedule for jobs billed on a cost plus or time & material basis or to run an Invoice Register Report. You can select the columns needed for your reporting. The Invoice Register Report will provide a listing of all previous Job, Work Order and Maintenance Contract invoices. The Job Invoice Support Schedule is used to produce supporting schedules for an invoice currently in the invoice process. The Job Previously Invoiced Support Schedule is used to generate a supporting schedule for an invoice previously completed.
Below are steps to setup the Workbench Panel - IN: Invoicing Reporting Center. If more specific training is required, please set up a support ticket to schedule a training session.
Step 1: Add "IN: Invoicing Reporting Center to one of your Workbench panels:
Step 2: Select the Parameters for this report by clicking on the wheel at the top of the panel:
Step 3: Click on Job Invoice Support Schedule to open the report - select the required information wanting to be reported:
Step 4: Click on Job Invoice Support Schedule to open the report :
Step 5: Click on to open the report:
Step 6: Click on the gear icon to show/hide selection options and add/remove needed columns, click on OK once completed:
Step 7: Review the information/columns being returned and repeat Step 6: as needed:
