What permissions are needed to for the collection notes link field to be an option in the AR Aging workbench panel?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Clicking on the Collection Notes link in the Workbench - AR Aging panel, the window that opens is the Manage Customer Receivables. Add this window to the User’s Security Group and, the user should be able to see the link. NOTE: if the user has any customization to the workbench panel, they will need to either clear the default layout or, click the reset button for this panel/report.
