Crystal Report - Job Labor Detail

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Use the Job Labor Detail report to review job labor hours, cost per hour, and labor cost for the current week, current month, current fiscal year, and job to date. This report provides employee level hours and associated cost, as well as hours and cost summarized by trade type. Hours are broken out by Regular, Overtime (premium 1), and Premium (premium 2).

Report Fields

Job - ID and name of the job.

Week - The current week. This is calculated as: The report end date – The six previous days

Hours - Number of regular, overtime, and premium hours worked during the week.

Cost per Hour - Hourly labor rate for regular, overtime, and premium hours in the current week.

Month hours - Number of regular, overtime, and premium hours worked in the current month as determined by the report end date.

Cost per Hour - Hourly labor rate for regular, overtime, and premium hours in the current month.

Fiscal Year-to-Date Hours - Number of regular, overtime, and premium hours worked for the fiscal year-to-date.

Fiscal Year-to-Date Cost per Hour - Hourly labor rate for regular, overtime, and premium hours in the current fiscal year.

Job-to-Date Hours - Number of regular, overtime, and premium hours worked for the job-to-date.

Job-to-Date Cost per Hour - The job to date hourly labor rate for regular, premium, and overtime hours.
