Timeline

Implementation, including installation of PentaConnect service and configuration of PentaProcoreConnector and Procore is estimated to take 1-2 hours, assuming all necessary information is supplied to Penta.

Requirements

1. Signed PentaConnect contract (with PentaConnectProjectManagement and PentaProcoreConnector)

2. PENTA v24.1 or up

3. Procore

4. Web server with PentaConnect v23.06 or up

Customer to supply

1. PENTA User ID to be used for transactions from PentaConnect to PENTA.

2. Frequency in which each entity will be synced between Procore and PENTA.

   1. Not all entities need to be synced

   2. Frequency CAN be as often as minutes, but will likely be limited to hours or days.

   3. This information must be synced in order to successfully integrate data.

   4. Syncing Purchase Orders or Subcontracts will also sync these entities:

      Costcodes

      Jobs

      Organization Units

      Customers

      Vendors

      Job Types

      Cost Types

   5. These simple entities can be synced more often to speed up the syncing of complex entities like Subcontracts and POs:

      Organization Units

      Customers

      Vendors

      Job Types

      Cost Types
