Penta Mobile Field Service (MFS) App for Ipad is displaying another language
Issue/Symptom/Question
I have a few Techs today using the Penta MFS App for Ipad version 16.5.1. When swapping times, another language is listed instead of English. Is there a setting they can change to fix this?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
Penta Mobile Field Service version 25.1.3 has been certified to run on iPadIOS 16.5 with no known issues. You must be running Penta 25.1 to run MFS 25.1.3. MFS 25.1.3 is available in the Apple Business Manager. Any other version of MFS will have the following issue when running on iPadIOS 16.5:
Prior to iPadOS 16.5, the Ticket->Edit Time Entry->Start Time control always presented the Hours as 24-hour time, i.e., 00 – 23. This was regardless of how the 24 Hour Time was set in Settings -> General -> Date and Time:
As demonstrated by the images, even though the “24-Hour Time” option is turned off, the Ticket->Edit Time Entry->Start Time control always presents the Hours as 24-hour time, i.e., 00 – 23. This is intentional – Penta forces this time control to use 24-hour time in this specific time control.
With iPad's iOS version 16.5, the logic used in PENTA MFS is no longer forcing it to 24-hour time and it is now honoring the “24-hour time” setting, which can result in the following issue if “24 Hour time” is turned off:
The “AM/PM” on the clock control is displaying in their Lithuanian equivalent, “priespiet” and “popiet” unless you update your MFS version to 25.1.3.
If you have already loaded iPadOS 16.5 and set the “24-hour Time” setting in your iPad time settings to “On”, but have not updated to MFS 25.1.3, choosing a time will be in 24 hour format with no AM/PM. Note, however, this could potentially impact how other applications behave as it is a system setting.
