Our client, is experiencing a strange problem in their Test environment. They are able to generate and view their Crystal reports within Penta for Windows. However, it still throws an error message when they attempt to view them.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

This "error" (Path not Found) is an error from the Crystal Viewer and does not affect the output of the report. As you noted, you can click OK on the error pop-up to make it go away (usually twice).

The error is to let you know that: if there is an error the Crystal Viewer does not know where to write an error file. Do you have a local file at C:\Temp ? If not, create one and the error should go away.
