How do I generate a report in Penta for Windows?

Identify the report using the following options: 

• your user hotlist
  • Double click the report you want to run or right-click and select Run. PENTA opens the Report Initiation window and enters the report’s ID in the Report Code field for you.
• Report Initiation window
  • In the Report Code field, enter the report’s ID. If you do not know the ID, use field’s LOV button and select the report from a list.
• PENTA reports by module
  • Navigate to PENTA Reports by Module, then navigate to (or run a search for) the report you want to generate.
  • Double click the report you want to run or right-click and select Run. PENTA opens the Report Initiation window and enters the report’s ID in the Report Code field for you.

Use the available filters to limit the results on the report and click Submit.

Review the report in the Report Monitor, Print, and View window.
