I need someone to enable the distribute batches function in Penta for my user id. 

Applies To

PENTA for Windows

System Management > Security > Define Users > Module Security tab

Accounts Payable > Invoices > Invoice & Credit Memo Entry

Resolution/Fix/Answer

A user with PENTA Administrative rights can update the user's ability to distribute AP batches. The Administrator can update this via the System Management > Security > Define Users > Module Security tab for the user needing the update. Changing the Allowed to Distribute AP batches Allow: field to Y will update the security. Any security updates will take effect once the users log out and log back into PENTA.
