How do I add a menu item to my hot list?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Your User Hotlist (in the PENTA Navigator) is a block where you can place shortcuts to windows and reports that you frequently use. This saves you the time of searching for or navigating to them in the PENTA Menu.

To add an item to your User Hotlist:

1. Use the PENTA Menu to navigate to the window or report you want to create a shortcut for.
2. Drag that item to the User Hotlist and drop it there.
   PENTA lists that shortcut item in your User Hotlist.

Note: You can remove an item from your User Hotlist by right-clicking on it and selecting “Delete.”
