Is there any auto refresh for the data set the dispatch board uses? Or is the data only updated from Penta when a user clicks on the refresh/update button?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The Web Dispatch Board will refresh when you complete a task that will update an item on the board. To refresh the board, without changing anything on the board, you can click on the refresh icon at the top of the screen - see the screenshot below:
