This report provides details of a job’s contract including:

• Original contract amount.
• Approved changes requests.
• Pending change requests.
• Total approved contract amount.
• Details for each contract change request.

Report Fields

Job - ID and name of the job.

Customer - ID and name of the customer.

Project Manager - ID and name of the project manager.

Project Administrator - ID and name of the project administrator.

Original Contract - Original contract amount.

Approved Change Orders - Amount of approved change orders for the job.

Pending Change Orders - Amount of pending change orders for the job.

Revised Contract - PENTA calculates this as: Total original contract amount + Approved change orders

Status - The change request’s status as of the report date.

CO/CR # - The Change Request ID.

Date - The effective date of the Status.

Description - The change request’s description.

Amount - The change request’s contract amount.
