Employee Wage Plan Code Missing
Issue/Symptom/Question
When trying to run Electronic Quarterly Reporting, there’s a process that is running, but I cannot finish nor delete. We have an employee that is lives in IL but he worked in CA, received error that a Wage Plan Code is required for him. Not sure where to add this code.

Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll Information
Resolution/Fix/Answer
This code can be added to an employee record via Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll Information > Reporting Tab. Use the Wage Plan Code (CA) to identify the Employee’s wage plan. This code is required for California quarterly wage reporting on magnetic media. Valid values (per the California Employment Development Department) are S, U, J, L, R, A, and P.
