Issue/Symptom/Question
We ran the Workers Comp - Wage Details report for the period of March 15, 2018 to June 30, 2018 and found some records with Workers Comp Code UNIDENTIFIED. How do we determine what WC codes should be used?

Payroll > Setup > Pay Groups, Payroll Classes and Workers Compensation > Workers Compensation Codes and Rates
Resolution/Fix/Answer
- To identify which employees do not have a WC code setup generate the PENTA Reports > Payroll > Insurance > Workers Comp - Unidentified (WC-UNIDENTIFIED) report.
- Review the report and determine the WC code for the specified State/Prov, Employee Id and Payroll Class
- Query the WC code in the Payroll > Setup > Pay Groups, Payroll Classes and Workers Compensation > Workers Compensation Codes and Rates window and add the missing St/Prov code, rate and effective date
