Web Dispatch Board - Unassigned/On Hold Grid

Overview:

The Web Dispatch Board offers a full screen grid view that can be configured to display all unassigned work orders, or on hold work orders, within the work order filter that you have selected. Most dispatchers will prefer to have two windows open on two monitors, the Technician Board on one monitor, and the Unassigned/On Hold Grid on the other. The Unassigned/On Hold Grid can be customized, users can hide columns that do not add value, resize columns, reorder/move columns, and perform a click sort on any column in the grid view.  Work Orders displayed in the Grid can easily be moved to the technician board for quickly assigning work orders to technicians.   • Utilize check boxes to  display OT Approved work orders, OT not approved work orders, or both
