Unable to view Technicians on the dispatch board

Why am I unable to view technicians on the dispatch board?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
There are a few possible reasons a user would be unable to view technicians on one of the PENTA dispatch boards
- User Security
- Ensure the user has Organizational Unit authorization to the organizational unit that the technicians belong to. Without this, the dispatching user will not be authorized to view the employee technicians. OU authorization is maintained in the define users window.

- Technician Filter Criteria
When using one of PENTA's dispatch boards, the user should validate the technician filter criteria. This information will filter what technicians are displayed in the dispatch board window.
- Make sure there is no limiting this list based on specifically designated technicians only. If this field is checked, only employees that are flagged as 'Service Technicians' will show up on the dispatch board.
- Make sure the Technician filter includes the Technician/Employee OU Id.
- Make sure the Tech/Employee has the Service Technician Employee Role set to 'Y'.
